The Lumia 928 features 3 high amplitude capture (HAAC) mics to ensure that you get great audio, no matter which conditions you're shooting in. It also features optical image stabilisation to ensure that the videos don't come out shaky. The iPhone 5 is generally pretty good at whatever it does, but doesn't have any additional hardware like the 3 HAAC mics or the OIS functionality.
